"E-Town"
Elizabeth, Minnesota is located north of Fergus Falls along Interstate 94. If you take Exit 50 off of I-94 and head 4 miles N on State Highway 59 you will arrive in Elizabeth, whose residents have fondly nicknamed E-Town.
Businesses in Elizabeth include Super H Gas & Convenience Store, Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, Reed & Taylor Antiques and Elizabeth Liquor Store. Elizabeth is also home to the Elizabeth Volunteer Fire Department, Elizabeth Community Center, St. John Lutheran Church, Augustana Lutheran Church and St. Elizabeth's Church.
Children in Elizabeth attend Fergus Falls Schools. Busing is provided.
Elizabeth hosts an annual celebration each summer called Hay Days.
The Red Horse Ranch Arena (pictured below) is located less than ten miles east of Elizabeth long Highway 10 or 6 miles north of Fergus Falls along the Ottertail River. Among the many events they host is an annual PRCA Rodeo.
