"Surrounded by Lakes and Resorts" Richville is located in central Ottertail County at the intersections of County 14 and County 49. Richville became a city back in 1904 and at one time was larger than Perham. Richville included a hotel, bank, creamery, mills and a grain elevator, but in 1931 fire destroyed most of the city. Today Richville is mostly though of for its surrounding lakes and resorts. Pictured at left is the Richville City Park. |
